1. Zero-PII Edge Cache Architecture
Our Progressive Web App (PWA) and Service Worker strictly adhere to zero personally identifiable information (Zero-PII) caching rules. Customer dashboard metrics, captured lead tables, user profiles, and private tokens are never stored in public or shared offline browser caches.
2. Lead Capture & Consent
When a visitor uses the 2-way Contact Exchange modal, their information is securely encrypted in transit and stored in the card owner's private SQLite partition. Submitted contact details are exclusively accessible by the card owner or authorized team managers.
3. Analytics & Device Metrics
Card views, QR scans, and link clicks are tracked anonymously via aggregated event counters and coarse user-agent categorization (Mobile vs Desktop) without invasive cookie tracking or persistent device fingerprinting.
